By treating logistics as a two-sided marketplace, we architected a platform that maximizes asset utilization, ensuring trucks never run empty and shippers never overpay.

- Smart Matching: When a Customer posts a load request (Point A to Point B), the system identifies Truck Owners with available fleet capacity near Point A.
- Route Profitability: By securing a return load via the platform, truck owners can offer competitive rates to the customer while doubling their own profit margins per trip.

- Real-Time Visibility: Integrating with Google Maps SDK, the platform provides fleet owners with a live view of every truck’s status (Idle, En-Route, Unloading).

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
To manage the complexity of the ecosystem, we engineered a secure permission architecture for five unique user types:
- Super Admin & Admin: Complete oversight of the marketplace health.
- Truck Owner: Fleet management and load bidding.
- Driver: Simple, low-friction interface for status updates and navigation.
